You'll know exactly who you're working with.

We're a small team in one Warsaw office. We believe in what we back, and we look at the future with optimism. When you work with us, you work with the people below — we read your numbers ourselves, sit at your board table, and our own money is in every deal.

Jacek Giedrojć

Jacek Giedrojć

Founding Partner

Investing in Poland since 1992 — from privatisations and management buyouts, through the restructuring of the Elektrim portfolio, to early-stage technology companies. He served as CEO of the Group until 2005 and remains involved in its development today, overseeing investment processes and reviewing every project.

Before founding WEG he worked as an auditor, consultant and in public administration in Canada, New Zealand and the UK. He holds a PhD in Sociology from the Polish Academy of Sciences, an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Victoria University of Wellington.

Witold Grzesiak

Witold Grzesiak

Founding Partner

Returned to Poland in 1993 after working as a director at Coopers & Lybrand in New Zealand. Through the 1990s he led corporate-finance transactions for International Paper, Unilever and ABB, among others, and co-founded Warsaw Equity Holding — established to restructure the Elektrim portfolio.

From 1999 to 2006 he actively built WEG's investment portfolio; today he remains involved in the Group's development, overseeing investment processes and approving every project. He graduated from Massey University in New Zealand and completed the MBA program at the Wharton School.

Krzysztof Dziewicki

Krzysztof Dziewicki

Chairman of the Board

Joined Warsaw Equity Group in 1999 and has led it as CEO since 2015, driving the strategic growth of the portfolio. His experience is unusually operational for an investor: roles inside portfolio companies including WB Electronics, and CFO of ZPC Otmuchów, where he played a key part in its IPO.

That hands-on experience shapes how he makes investment decisions today. He leads WEG's investment team, holds several supervisory roles across the portfolio, and grounds his analytical approach in a degree in Applied Mathematics from Warsaw University of Technology.
